The only difference between the 2 versions of ATCsimulator2 is,
the Professional Edition includes the ATC-SDK,
the Standard Edition does not.

If you wish to have a CD, order the CD version.

Unlocking the program.
After installation, you will need to register the software by visiting this link. You will then be provided with a personal unlock code. This code will only be valid for that particular PC, but can be reused over and over again on that same PC. As a courtesy, we provide 2 unlock codes for 2 seperate PCs with your purchase. Additional unlock codes will require another purchase. Claiming that you have purchased a new computer to obtain a 3rd unlock code will only be tolerated if you provide a receipt showing your purchase of a new computer system. In this day and age, computer software piracy is an ever present threat and is running rampant on the internet. This copy protection scheme is meant to prevent an endless supply of unlock codes that allows software pirates to rob me of my work. I apologize if you consider this an inconvenience. It is for me too. Remember as with all software, you are buying and are granted a limited license to use it, you do not own it.

Special Note Concerning SPAM blockers:
We realize that SPAM is a huge problem infecting the internet and interferring with the flow of legitimate business traffic. We request that you set your system to accept email from the addresses "atcsimulator@cox.net" and "aerostudios@cox.net" once you have completed your order. We communicate the status of your order via email, and do not have the time nor resources to respond to every SPAM blocking application that blocks our communications. Notes concerning your email address:
If you use an invalid email address when placing your order, the order will be rejected. All correspondance related to your order is accomplished via email, so it is imperative that an actual email address be provided to complete your order in a timely fashion. If you are using a SPAM filtering program, please allow any email from atcsimulator@cox.net to be accepted to avoid cancellation of your order.

Notes concerning your mailing address:

Please provide a physical address with your order. A physical address is required to complete your order and will help verify registration in the future. Although purchases are accepted using business names and accounts, the product will not be shipped to a business location without the disclosure of the recipients complete name and home address.

If you wish to have the product delivered to a P.O. Box, you will need to notify us with an email containing your actual physical address. Failure to provide a physical address could result in the rejection of your order

SHIPPING INFORMATION NOTE:
For orders in the United States, the shipping and handling charges will pay for USPS Priority Mail (2-3 day delivery). Although 2-3 day delivery is offered by the United States Postal Service, guaranteed delivery is beyond our control and could take as long as 7 days or more.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
USPS Airmail is used for international shipping and is estimated to take 4-7 business days, but can take as long as 4 weeks. You will be notified by email when the product has shipped. Allow 3 days to process your order.

Return Policy
Any unopened package will be accepted within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. But, this must first be coordinated with aerostudios via email. Any package returned for refund without prior consent, will not be honored. The refund policy is explained in detail in the End User License Agreement (EULA) which ships with the product. Any item damaged will be replaced free of charge once it is returned to aerostudios at P.O. Box 7686, Moore, OK 73153.
